Vitalik Buterin calls BitTorrent “zombies” under Justin Sun’s dictatorship

After another accusation of the Tron ecosystem of plagiarism, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin said that BitTorrent has become “an appendage of the dictatorship of San.”

The recent rebranding of the BitTorrent File System (BTFS) decentralized file system has outraged Juan Benet, creator of the Interplanetary File System (IPFS). He pointed out the clear similarities between the BTFS and IPFS logos and recalled that this was not the first case of plagiarism by Tron.

“It’s not enough for them to duplicate all of our code, rename and translate it, copy random pieces of our documentation and deceive investors with this nonsense. Tron also cannot come up with an original logo, ”Benet wrote.
